I get migraines frequently. I know that your supposed to lay down in a dark quiet room, with everything off. Which I do, but almost everything the pain is so bad that I can’t fall asleep. I take tylenol migraine medicine and I take a shower and these don’t help either. I already have really really bad eyesight, its in the -600’s and I wear contacts, and usually I can tell when a migraines coming because my eyesight changes to wear it seems like I’m going blind. Its like I can only see what directly in front of me and everything thing else is fading away and white. And when I’m typing on my phone I can’t even see my thumbs. I have had severe migraine’s since the 7th grade and I’m in the 9th now. I’ve had to leave school early a few times because of these. What’s causes these migraines?!!?!?! Image may be NSFW.
